OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item on our website is out of stock, you will see the message 'Out of Stock' on the product page. Please feel free to email us contact@versefinejewellery.com to find out when the product will be back in stock.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

We generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so it may not be possible to make amendments or cancel your order.

Please contact our Customer Care team immediately and we will advise as to what action can be taken. If your order has already been dispatched, then please return it to our Customer Care team, following the steps in our Exchange & Returns policy.

 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Please carefully state what you would like engraved on your jewellery items which allow these options. If you have a special request please state it in the specified field or in an email. We generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so it may not be possible to make amendments or cancel your order. However, if you do wish to make changes to a personalised order, please email contact@versefinejewellery.com include your order number and we shall get back to you within 24 hours.
